easy thing for those not too heavy weight

Hello guys this is my best openion for losing our overweight and very easy 
1- make a time and don't change it for your meals
2- Eat what you want "Huh" yes eat what you want but you will make 2 things
first when you feel that you are satiated dont eat  again !
second don't drink while you are eating 
3- make a sport for 20mins everyday that's important
this will make you lose weight really and very easy thing :D
